Exchange and return policy

Inspection on delivery is available for LALYA orders.

Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days from delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and tags where applicable.

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review and help.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned after the exchange window may not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping fees for exchanges may apply depending on the case and delivery location.
